Eli and her wonderful team is truely life changing. I joined the Canberra Yoga Space 5 months ago and wish I did it years ago. This is an amazing studio that has a range of options, in person and online (a godsend for single parents/carers and WAY better than a YouTube video), and is the real deal yoga - not just an exercise class. I always feel refreshed mentally and physically after their classes, and I swear their online classes kept me sane during the Covid lockdowns. I urge anyone who has only done yoga at gyms or on YouTube to try these classes and feel the difference. The manager, Eli Haski, couldn’t be kinder and warmer, and is super approachable if you’ve got anything you’re unsure about. Canberra Yoga Space is truly a credit to the Canberra community.
Sameera's class is balanced, well structured and really well led. Her class flows from pranayama and warming body movements into a challenging flow sequence, and finishes with a guided meditation. I'm sure you would be hard pressed to find a better flow class.
