I attended their grand opening event and WOW! Jason is an amazing teacher, you can tell he truly has a passion for yoga and helping people change their lives with yoga. The community he is creating is beautiful; I have never felt so welcomed anywhere before. Such a beautiful space, great atmosphere, and the best vibes and energy you can feel as soon as you walk in! Highly recommend, especially if you are looking not *just* for yoga classes but for a like-minded community of wonderful people!

We joined for a session during our holiday and it was great fun! Jason is the perfect instructor - he was supportive, offering assistance, inventive, putting together a class with great flow and above all, a really good leader of the class. He lined up a great playlist that worked with the flow of the class. We can't wait for our next vacation here and we will definitely return. Hopefully next time the weather is kind to us and we have the chance to try his beach yoga too ☺

Very best yoga studio around! I’ve been yoga hopping for a while now and have finally found a new yoga home. I LOVE this place!! It’s really an awesome community of people! Every single instructor has been great especially Jason the owner! The schedule is ultra convenient. Very grateful…no more hopping around…I’ve landed in a yoga paradise😊😊😊

Awesome new yoga studio in Glen Cove! I was looking for a local yoga studio and I happened to run into the owner (Jason) at a taco truck and he handed me a flyer. I’m so glad I ran into him! I took one class and then signed up for a monthly membership. The classes, teachers, and space are great. There’s usually only 1-3 other people when I’m there, so we need more yogis!
