GoogleAmazing experience at Breath. I paid for the 28 day trial and I think I’ve fallen in love with reformer Pilates! Whatever your ability level is, the kind, friendly and helpful staff accommodate and adjust exercises for your ability level and need. I can’t speak any higher of the services here at Breath. I’m a very happy girl here! 100% recommend for beginners wanting to try out Pilates and reformer Pilates, like myself, and even the more experienced!
Absolutely love this studio. The instructors are so attentive and supportive. I was self conscious going but the lovely instructors at Breathe made me feel confident and each class, and each instructor offers something different each time, so it’s always challenging. I feel so much better for attending the classes here. I’ve been to other places that make you feel self conscious. Not Breathe - everyone’s made to feel welcome, and despite my lack of ability, I’m never made to feel out of place. Just the opposite.. Highly recommend Breathe!
I am a huge fan of Breathe Pilates studio! Their classes kept me moving while I was working, as I was able to do classes before work, as their opening hours are super flexible!! Their instructors helped me build a great passion for Pilates, leading me to become an instructor myself. The classes are always welcoming for me as I am cautious with my body. As someone with autoimmune conditions, my body changes daily in its limits and restrictions. All my instructors know modifications, and always work with me to get growth with my skills and abilities, and with their help, I have learned to move my body with more strength and confidence than I thought possible. I have gone from someone who couldn’t get herself off the floor, to someone actively moving her body daily and loving it, and my body has never felt better keeping up with my classes.
First “strong” class and I really enjoyed the addition of the weights. Will certainly feel it tomorrow! As always, Nat, was a great instructor ☺️
I’m 3 weeks in and loving it. Everyone is so friendly and so supportive. Looking forward to a future of Breathe and being apart of the their 20 year anniversary.
