I had a great experience learning Ayurvedic massage over 4 days with Saroj. I was taught how to give a 1 hour full body Ayurvedic Massage, in 2 hour sessions across 4 days, from head to toe! Saroj is a wonderful and kind teacher and I’m excited to practice my new skills ☺️

I came to Brahma Yoga Holistic Health Centre to complete my Reiki Grand Master, Sound Healing, Marma Therapy and Holistic Massage training — and I ended up receiving far more than I expected. Along with the courses, I gathered an ocean of knowledge, deep healing experiences, and the warmth of a truly divine learning environment. Every single person here is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, humble and genuinely caring. Their politeness and positive energy make you feel like you could stay with them forever. Deepak Ji is exceptionally polite, wise and highly experienced. Learning under him gives you the absolute assurance that you are in the right hands. Saroj Ji, who taught us Holistic Massage, is an amazing teacher — patient, skilled and deeply supportive. No matter how many questions you ask, she answers each one with a smile and without a trace of irritation. Gyan Ji, so young yet so full of depth and mastery in Sound Healing — I learned so many valuable techniques from him. Our sessions were filled with laughter and lightness, making the entire learning process joyful and memorable. This experience has truly been life-changing for me. I am going back with not just certificates, but with confidence, clarity and a heart full of gratitude. I will definitely return to learn more therapies from this beautiful centre. Thank you to the entire Brahma Yoga team for creating such an uplifting and powerful learning space. I highly recommend this centre to anyone seeking authentic healing, genuine knowledge and real transformation. Thank you Om Shanti 🙏

My time at Braham Yoga was nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve searched for the right words to describe it, but it’s truly something that has to be experienced to be understood. In December 2025, I arrived to study the 21-day Alternative Therapies course and chose to also undertake a Panchakarma detox, immersing myself in both the treatments and the philosophy behind them. In the end, I stayed for about a month, learning from Deepak Ji, Saroj Ji, and the entire team. The 10-day detox alone brought profound shifts — easing the severe pain in my sciatic nerve and, incredibly, helping me release six kilos. I was in the healing hands of Savita Ji, whose daily treatments were instrumental in both the physical relief and transformation I experienced. I am deeply grateful for her care and dedication. What made it even more special was the people. It was genuinely difficult to say goodbye. You arrive as a stranger and leave feeling deeply connected — not just to the community, but to something greater than yourself. A heartfelt thank you to Varun for generously letting me practice on him while I was learning and for the many meaningful conversations along the way. The food was also beautiful — nourishing, satisfying, and never once did I feel like I was missing out (except maybe momos during the detox, haha). If you’re seeking real change, clarity, healing, or a deeper connection to your spirit and purpose, this is a powerful place to begin. I’m already counting down the months until I can return to India and reunite with the Braham Yoga family. Thank you all — I will carry this experience with me always.

I did Reiki training course on a 1-2-3 level. A very fundamental course based on the principles of the founder of Reiki - Mikao Usui, yoga sutras, types of energy and techniques of working with it - on 3 levels: physical, mental and spiritual. For 6 classes - It's not about much theory in words, it's about clearly paying attention to the teacher's words and feeling divine, universal energy. It's not about how big to draw symbols, but about understanding their meaning. It's not about memorizing theory, but about a deep understanding of the process of working with energy. I thank Master Deepak Gupta for this experience and knowledge.
