I absolutely love this Tai Chi studio and highly recommend it for anyone looking for truly supportive and gentle practice. The instructors and students are incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a calm and non-judgmental atmosphere. The exercises are gentle and therapeutic for all ages. What I enjoy the most is the deep focus on breathing and getting into my body. I always leave feeling refreshed, centered and relaxed. If you are looking for a place to cultivate inner-peace then this place is for you!

I'm so Happy to be back!!! In 2003 I was so weak, sick, and completely exhausted. I kept finding flyers everywhere about Dahn Yoga like they were "speaking" to me, so I decided to try it. Right after the Intro Session in the Buena Park Center, I knew I was in the right place to recover my health and energy with the help of the Master and instructors. Busy with family and work, I still attended class every day and sometimes twice a day! Besides the Korean yoga and meditation, I also took weekend workshops and then went to Mago Garden (US Headquarters) in Sedona, AZ for an advanced training. I was feeling strong, healthy, and happy! My family and co-workers were happy. They saw and enjoyed a better me! After two years the Center had to move and the location was a little far for me. Since I "recovered" and "recharged", I decided to stop going and just practice by myself... After 18 years I could still feel my own Inner Self, and I was grateful. One day I found out there was a Dahn Yoga Center in Cerritos under the new name of Body and Brain! I realized that just having my Inner Self was not enough anymore. So I happily rejoined the Center right away. In the Center Master Jan, Master Laura, Master Jeanette, and Grace welcomed me and gladly helped me "catch up". Two years have passed, and I'm still here. I really like the "tapping", "exhale", "smile", "sleeping tiger", "wooden pillow", "meditation", and "connection with your Inner Self" together with other members of the Center who must be seeking the same as me. The Masters and Instructors are always ready to answer our questions. I still attend workshops and some trainings in Mago Garden. I enjoy watching their videos online and reading books written by Founder Ilchi Lee. He talks about ancient philosophy and oriental healing, including recent scientific discoveries on our body and our brain. After all these years, I can say this is a good place. So come and try if you feel weak, tired, anxious, looking for something new in your life... or simply looking for some meaningful exercise. See you in practice!

It has been close to 10 months since joint Body & Brain yoga at Cerritos location and I am still excited as I was the first day. It is such an amazing experience of mind body and brain connection and the feeling during and after the class is of complete bliss. You are just there at the moment and enjoying being there. Simple, peaceful and fulfilled. Master Annabelle is a wonderful teacher and she guides us diligently through this process through her caring and compassionate approach. I highly recommend coming to the class at least once a week. Give it a try and you will be amazed.

We recently signed up to attend Body and Brain Yoga & Taichi. My wife and I are in our early 50’s, so we decided to take responsibility and take care of our minds and body. We have found a great team, especially Master Annabel. She is always making you feel in touch with your “YOU”! She makes every session unique and fun. We love going to class everyday and we always look forward to the next session.

I have been attending brain and body for over a year. This has helped me so much, physically & mentally. It has been transformative in my healing journey. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also caring. I have gained so my knowledge, especially in regards ,to slowing down and taking care of my needs in order to be there for others. I highly recommend Body and Brain. Thank you to Annabelle, Laura, Grace, and all instructors I didn’t mention. You all are very inspiring to us all ❤️
