GoogleI had a great experience with the pregnancy yoga classes at Bloom Yoga — I thoroughly enjoyed the session. The instructor Sara was supportive, knowledgeable and created such a calm, welcoming environment. I also hired a TENS machine through them, and it worked really well during labour — it was easy to use and great quality. Highly recommend!
I have been attending the 5 week antenatal yoga course and am absolutely loving it. Sara is a fantastic teacher and I always feel so much more relaxed after class. My partner and I also attended Sara’s Yoga in Birth course to prepare for our labour and found all of the information and practices extremely helpful. The way that Sara explains the process and the different techniques was comprehensive and informative and we left feeling a lot more comfortable about going into labour than what we did before the course. I would recommend both the antenatal yoga and the yoga in birth course to anyone currently pregnant!
Amazing experience! Sara has so much knowledge and teaches in a way that’s easy to understand. I love that she explains the reasons and extras behind how and why we do certain poses. I did my Restorative and Nidra YTT with her and loved it. Highly recommend.
I’m so grateful I chose to do my 350-hour yoga teacher training with Sara at Bloom Yoga Room. The course was so much more than I expected, and it’s clear how much care and passion Sara pours into her teaching. The training covered everything in such depth—philosophy, detailed anatomy (we even had a psoas workshop and a big focus on fascia in our training!), even pre/postnatal yoga, which I’ve realised a lot of other trainings don’t even touch on. Sara created such a supportive and welcoming environment, and I left feeling confident, inspired, and so well-prepared to teach. If you’re thinking about a YTT, I couldn’t recommend Bloom Yoga Room enough. 🥰💐
Bloom is my absolute favourite yoga studio! I first attended Sara’s pregnancy yoga classes in 2014 when pregnant with my first baby. Since then I’ve been to Sara’s pregnancy yoga and Mum + Baby yoga classes for all 3 babies, as well as her Women’s wellness series, Yin Yoga classes, full moon retreats & my new favourite Roll & Release workshops! I’ve loved all the classes & always leave feeling so much better. Sara is a wealth of knowledge & brings such a beautiful calm & grounded energy to the room. Thank you Sara & team!
