Tayla is absolutely wonderful! As someone completely new to Pilates, I was a bit nervous and self-conscious at first, but Tayla instantly made me feel at ease. She gives clear, encouraging instruction and always pays attention to form to help you get the best possible results.
Totally recommend! Tayla is a skilled instructor with a great understanding of how the body works. I attend her sculpt classes and can definitely feel my core getting stronger. Just be prepared to work hard :) but it’s worth it!
