GoogleWattle Grove is my home base for Best Body Pilates, and I genuinely enjoy training here. The environment is welcoming, and the classes are consistently engaging and challenging. Luke is my favorite instructor — always professional, focused, and great at pushing us to challenge our abilities with well-structured routines. Lani’s classes are also a standout! She’s tough, and her sessions really humble you, but they’re also fun and rewarding. Most of the instructors are lovely and bring great energy, though at times the chatting during classes can get a bit distracting, especially when you’re trying to concentrate and follow instructions. That said, the overall community vibe is friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to build strength, consistency, and confidence in their Pilates journey.
I’ve been going to Best Body for a year now and have done almost 100 classes — and I can honestly say I love love love it! Every instructor is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and uplifting, and they always find ways to keep the classes fresh and fun. 🧘🏻♀️✨ It’s the only form of exercise I’ve truly stuck with, and I always leave feeling stronger, more energised, and just… happier! Thank you to the whole team for making movement something I genuinely look forward to. Can’t wait to hit 500 classes and beyond!
A very supportive environment. If you are looking to have a go at Pilates and aren’t sure where to start, this is the perfect place to begin your journey. The studio has men and women of all ages and fitness types attending. The instructors are brilliant. The other members are supportive also. All round a brilliant environment!
I have been away on holiday for a few weeks, and I was so pleased to be back in one of Faith's classes tonight. Great workout, some laughs, and always finishing with her reminder to thank ourselves and appreciate our bodies for what they do.
I so love my Pilates classes. I have been coming since Wattle Grove first opened in April 2019. I could not easily get out of a chair without excruciating pain in my knees. But now, I can move so much better and get up and down with ease. The teachers are amazing, patient and so supportive of the needs of each individual class member.
