I have been going to Best Body in South Perth now for 5 years…to be honest it is the only type of exercise routine I have stuck with for longer than a few months ever! I really enjoy the session, they cater to everyone’s different abilities and you never feel judged, only encouraged. No session is ever the same and I always come away feeling stronger, happier and feeling content that I have been nicely challenged. Age is no barrier and I feel confident knowing that I will be able to continue going to BB as I age, knowing that there will always be some sort of beneficial movement there that will suit me! The instructors are all fabulous and the camaraderie between members is so nice. Love BB 🧡
A newly member that has most definitely loved my classes. Giving an all over body workout & helping strengthen my knee pre surgery. Such a calm & tranquil environment to walk into ~ yet offering a very good all over body workout. Love the fact I can go between two venues to assist with our busy lifestyle.
I have always enjoyed my classes at South Perth. When I originally joined more than 5 years ago I lived in the area but for more than 3 years I have lived down in Fremantle and I travel 3 mornings a week( in peak hour) to attend the 8.30am class. I really enjoy the camaraderie in each class & the instructors are just so lovely and I enjoy every challenge they set. I have some limitations with a lower back injury but I feel very secure knowing that they are caring & will always find a way to make it less demanding on my lower back without interfering with the running of the classes. I am such a fan of Best Body …for the physical gains I have achieved & for the special friendships formed with the instructors & also with other members in the classes.
