Classes are always amazing- all instructors are fantastic. I love the grip socks everyone is given as a gift to celebrate every big milestone they achieve . This morning’s class with Yoko was great - I wish she had a permanent class in Mosman Park as I really enjoy her classes. Would highly recommend Best Body to everyone - whether a beginner or more advanced in their Pilates journey.

I joined Best Body at the beginning of June and have gone x3 times a week ever since - I think I am addicted - even if it is freezing at 6am! The classes are always challenging yet rewarding. The instructors are always very encouraging and go out of their way to help, and special thanks the ones who 'held my hand' in my first week - Daisy and Sarah. Thank you all for the rewarding experience.

Such an amazing classes, the instructors are super friendly and make you feel really comfortable, no matter your level. Every class is a great mix of challenging and fun, and I always leave feeling stronger and more relaxed. The space is clean, calm, and just has a really good vibe. I’ve been to multiple classes now with different instructors and they’re always so so lovely and accommodating! I had some tension in my shin and Lucy gave me some stretches to do in my own time which have been such a relief. I even took my partner today and he also loved his class with Daisy who talked him through every step. Overall this is such a great place to get some exercise whilst being supported every step of the way 🧡
