My first time trying Pilates was a great experience. The instructor was clear, encouraging, and gave helpful cues throughout the session, which made it easier for a beginner like me to follow along. I appreciated the focus on form and breathing, and the pace was manageable even though some movements were challenging. The environment felt welcoming, and I liked that modifications were offered for different levels. I did find some of the terminology a bit unfamiliar, but I imagine that’ll get easier with time.
