She’s such a gentle, encouraging presence, but don’t be fooled, her classes are always challenging and push me in the best way. Kelly runs each class with incredible precision and is always checking in on form (no chance of me “planking it wrong” on her watch 😅), which makes every movement so effective. Her encouragement keeps me going when I want to give up, and I always leave feeling stronger, taller, more aligned, and so grateful for her guidance.
