Lauri, Aleja, you don't know how grateful I feel for the MUJER SENSUAL retreat you put together. Words can't describe this amazing experience around you both and the group of beautiful women I met at the retreat. From the excelent logistics that allowed us to be stress free to the little details such as the hair flowers, thermos gifts, sweaters, photographer (so we could focus on each activity and put cellphones away), the place, the location, the food, omg..... really, words can't describe how I feel. It was a joy to be there. Today, back to work, I felt different, more confident (talked louder and among a team, which is a challenge for me when talking about personal stuff). and overall, I feel lighter, happier, and my inner Anita is out and about again, and she is dreaming and playing! Thank you so much.

Alejandra is the best yoga instructor around! Each class truly restores the mind, body, and spiritual connections. I feel better and at peace after each session. Alejandra is knowledgable and helps create a serene and welcoming environment. I met her once and instantly connected! I would definitely recommend Beautiful Yoga.

This is one of the best recommendations I got from IG last year! I met them at a Yoga class in Central Park and I loved their vibe. Then I got their services for Yoga and Sip for my birthday party and everyone loved the way Alejandra made them go with the flow even though they are not yogis. Alejandra is an incredible instructor. We hired Alejandra for our yoga classes open to the Bronx community. She is patient and professional & really takes her time to craft the exercises or poses to each person's ability, which I love.
