I absolutely love attending classes at Barre Tender. I’ve been attending classes for 12 months now, and have never Felt better about myself. More toned and stronger than I have ever been not to mention my mind feeling a lot clearer after each class. Smaller classes are great and Colette is incredibly welcoming and motivating and always making sure you are doing each move correctly. Every class is different,Fun but challenging and always incorporating all parts of the body. I am so happy this studio is so close to home. Couldn’t recommend enough.
