The beauty of yoga is in its versatility, allowing you to focus on the physical, psychological or spiritual, or a combination of all three.
We start new 6 week beginners' courses every 3 weeks throughout the year. Bookings are essential - please don't hesitate to email or call us for details.
If you have practised yoga previously, you are welcome to join in at any time in any of our general classes. No bookings are necessary and classes run all year round (except on public holidays).
All our yoga teachers are qualified to maximise your experience with us and are also available for Corporate yoga. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
