I am so happy, lucky, and blessed to know Dr. Arun Sharma as both my Ayurvedic doctor and my teacher. A true healer and teacher is rare to find these days. I travel all the way from the West Coast of the USA to see him, and every time it is absolutely worth it. I trust him completely. This is not one of those Ayurveda-for-profit centers. There is a reason so many of us from all over the world come to meet Dr. Arun Sharma. Yes, there are many Ayurvedic centers and doctors, but Ayuskama is different. We come because of Dr. Sharma — for his knowledge, compassion, and genuine care for everyone. Ayuskama has a soul. And it feels like a home, a real Home ❤️. Ayuskama offers authentic healing with a modern standard and the highest level of hospitality. Today, it is a complete clinic where you can receive Panchakarma programs and treatments, get prescribed Ayurvedic medicines, stay in modern and very clean rooms, and enjoy deeply nourishing, healthy, and delicious Ayurvedic food. The whole Ayuskama team is fantastic — Dr. Kartik, the therapists, the reception, Maria, the chef — all go above and beyond with so much kindness and care. Also, the Ayuskama location is perfect; it’s up on the hill, secluded and peaceful in nature, yet close to everything you might need. My suggestion: during Panchakarma, eat only at Ayuskama. In the past, I tried eating elsewhere but quickly realized nothing compares, and more importantly, outside food can even harm your treatment. The meals here are designed as part of the healing process, and when you stay at Ayuskama, they’re included! For Panchakarma, most people stay at least a month, and the clinic offers fair prices for extended stays. The rooms are new, extremely clean, and equipped with a heating system, which adds great comfort. If you can, stay at the clinic, especially if you are coming for the first time. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, find a place very close by — but still make sure to eat only at the clinic. Nothing else matches the level of Ayuskama’s healing food. In a Western healthcare system where we often lack true care and where health is no longer the primary purpose, Dr. Sharma and Ayuskama are a blessing. His knowledge, kindness, and guidance have transformed my life, and I am deeply grateful to have him in my life. My experience at Ayuskama Clinic was extremely positive. Dr. Arun Sharma is caring, knowledgeable, and highly professional. His door was always open for any questions or consultations, which made me feel truly supported throughout my stay. All the treatment staff were wonderful — attentive, skilled, and very professional, as were all the support staff. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The food was fabulous — delicious and nutritious, “clean” meals that complemented the treatments perfectly. I came for a short stay with a specific health problem which I had suffered from for years! Within seven weeks after leaving, following Dr. Sharma’s dietary advice and prescribed medication, my problem was completely gone. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Ayuskama.
