I attended a Panchakarma course at this Ayurveda center, and it was an incredible experience. The specialists are highly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to individual needs. The doctor closely monitored my progress, providing valuable insights along the way. Each morning began with yoga sessions led by a fantastic instructor, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. Also very comfortable staying with a really taste meals. Highly recommended for anyone seeking holistic wellness!
I spent 2 wonderful weeks at this Ayurveda center and I can share only the positive words. From day 1 I felt like at home. All my needs were fulfilled immediately and with kind attitude. Apart from best in class panchakarma treatments Oksana (who is the heart and soul of the center) took care of entertainment part and organised several cool events like classic concert at ashram, hiking in Himalayas, she took me to the market for souvenirs and many more. Zoran gave very clear and useful tips regarding healthy lifestyle and on top of that, being a professional astrologer he consulted me on the astrological forecast. The therapists were just wonderful, each day I had 2 hours of magical procedures and only after 2 weeks I could see a huge improvement on the „before and after“ picture. Special thanks to the cook, I have never tried so tasty veggie meals. I also met a lot of people who are returning to this center for 8, 10, 12 years. For me it says a lot and speaks of the quality. It’s clear for me that any time in future I decide to do a panchakarma again, i will come back here. I definitely recommend Avyukta! Thank you, Oksana, Zoran, the whole team!
As someone who is beginning to study Ayurveda, I was looking for a center that is true to the ancient practices and I felt Avyukta fit the mold. I was really impressed by their knowledge and support. The doctor was very responsive to all of my questions, as she addressed every concern of mine. Oksana made me feel at home and helped get anything that I needed. Due to the time I had in India, I was only able to do a 7 day treatment and plan to go back for the full 21 days. Currently continuing to take my medication and follow the doctor’s instructions, I am already noticing the changes that the short treatment did for my health and healing journey. If possible, I would recommend staying at the treatment center, as I plan to do in the future. Ayurveda treatment is exhausting and the center has a lot to offer that goes beyond “treatment” in the western world during your stay.
