I feel lucky to have found Arise! The place is calm and serene, Salomi is an amazing instructor, patient and thorough and so sweet. I leave class feeling peaceful yet uplifted, with both my body and mind challenged and yet at ease ♥️
Amazing practice for novices or advanced. Salomi helped me after my second postpartum return to mat and gave me directions specific to my body even from the second session. She is helpful but not invasive with respect for your own body's needs. Thank you so much!

From the moment you walk through the door, something inside you calms down. Salome is fantastic at what she does! She listens to the energy of the group, the space, even the day, and shapes a unique experience every time. There is nothing repetitive or mechanical. Each lesson is alive, full of presence, precision and care. Her ability to harmoniously combine body, mind and breath makes each practice feel like a gift. Every time I feel that I leave different than when I entered.
