I had the most amazing treatment with Amber and would highly recommend for anyone looking for some self-care and relaxation. The indulgent face and body ritual was 90 minutes of complete bliss - full body massage combined with an organic facial which left my skin looking and feeling incredible. The massage itself was so relaxing and tailored exactly to my needs - getting into all those tight and crunchy spots in my shoulders and upper back helping to relieve so much tension. The treatment room was beautiful to be in and so comfortable and warm. You can tell that Amber puts so much love and care into the treatments and space and adds all the extra little touches - herbal tea, cards, gentle ambient sound & checking in before & after the treatment. Leaving the space I felt like I could honestly float off or just go straight to sleep I was that relaxed! Thank you Amber, I can’t wait to be back again soon.
My massage with Amber was such a beautiful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The room was calming, warm, and perfectly set up for relaxation. Amber herself is so lovely and incredibly skilled at what she does. The massage left me feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and reset. Even the small details, like the welcoming tea on arrival, made the whole experience feel really special. I can’t wait to book in again!
I had the most wonderful experience at Shambala Retreat with Amber . My two sisters shared the retreat with many more lovely ladies . The yoga was lovely and the sound healing was sublime . The food was amazing and plentiful . I would highly recommend this retreat , it is life changing and relaxing

I arrived feeling incredibly stressed and burnt out, and left feeling deeply rested, soft, and nourished on every level. Amber’s presence is so grounded, nurturing, and calm — I felt completely held from the moment I walked in. Her touch is intuitive and exquisitely skilled, and the entire experience was pure medicine for my nervous system and spirit. Highly, highly recommend booking in with her. An absolute gift.
