Went to Alivio yesterday for a sauna session and was very satisfied with my experience. The place is extremely clean, the staff is very knowledgeable and kind, and the pricing is reasonable (even better if you buy a package). Out of the few places to do a sauna session in Hoboken this is my new favorite. I will definitely be coming back
We loved our experience here as first timers. Getting a colonic is a treat for the body to heal and reset. It is also a very humbling experience. Kyle and Rebekah were very kind, warm, and patient. We would highly recommend and continue to support. We can't wait to come back again for all of our future holistic services!
The was my first colon hydrotherapy experience and I could have wanted or imagined experiencing it without Adriana. She’s was so so sweet, welcoming, attentive, and understanding of my fears and discomfort. She talked me through the entire procedure while monitoring how I was feeling at any given moment, adjusting her approach based on my feedback, and truly made me feel as comfortable as I could have hoped to be! I experienced a release during and immediately following the treatment which felt amazing since I’ve been irregular for the last month or so. This was exactly what I needed to reset everything and get back on track. The space itself is very chic, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Adriana!!
Just had a Colon Hydrotherapy treatment with Adriana, and I have to say, it was a truly great experience! I have had this done before and she by far the best, because her passion for what she does comes through, she can sense how you feel, gives gentle massage with just the right amount of pressure, and talks you through the entire process and is fun to chat with as well and that really made me feel much more at ease! She is such a sweetheart! This is the only time I have ever said I want to do this again, and I will! Thank you so much!
