Phenomenal space and dedication to the practice of yoga. I was visiting and took a class led by the owner Karen, which was challenging and just what I needed. She was kind and showed me the highest level of respect and service. I look forward to visiting again!!!

This place is the best! They offer a variety of classes throughout the week. The class is challenging but doable for anyone. Since joining, my flexibility has increased and so has my peace of mind. All of the staff there are amazing!

Such a lovely studio with great staff. Everyone is always friendly upon greeting when you enter and assistance during class. There’s always different class styles and workshops happening so you’ll never feel bored month to month. Highly recommend! For beginners and intermediate levels! All always feel welcome.
