Weekend yoga and meditation retreat (3 full days) to be held at Maitripa Centre (Healesville, approx. 1 hour from Melbourne) Friday October 17 (10.30 am) to Sunday October 19 (3.30 pm). Program includes asana, meditation, yoga nidra, restoratives, chanting, discussion, extended silence (2 full days). All vegetarian meals and private rooms. $445 / $395 all inclusive.

 

Patrick has been teaching yoga for over ten years and has been running retreats (2 - 7 days) for several years. He draws on a range of different influences but always looks for the essential in the practice - what the practice is pointing to. In recent years he has been increasingly influenced by the simplicity of Zen and Advaita Vedanta as informing philosophies.
