These classes are suitable for those who are familiar with part of the Ashtanga sequence, including standings, most of the seated postures up to Navasana and the finishing sequence.
These classes are designed to introduce students to moving and breathing in unison, focusing the mind and feeling the rhythm of the practice. These classes are not for complete beginners but anyone who has started to attend Mysore style classes are encouraged to come along.
