Please join in if you are a BEGINNER or really are feeling a little rusty and would like to refresh yourself with starting again!
We take it slowly, focusing on correct BREATHING, correct ALIGNMENT of postures and their is absolutely NO pressure. Most importantly, we have fun and Felicity teaches you to take yourself (and your postures) more lightly!!
Each student gets individual attention so they feel like they are improving each week and not repeating the same errors. Patience is the key and progress often takes time.........
Each week we get stronger and more confident AND also feel the benefits of breathing, relaxation, meditation and stretching poses.
