From Monday 15th July our regular class timetable will be back in action:

 

Thirroul District Community Centre & Library...

  • Monday nights 6.30-7.30pm - Escarpment Room
  • Wednesday nights 6.30-7.30pm - Ocean Breeze Room
  • Saturday 9.30-11am - Escarpment Room - TIME TO BE CONFIRMED

Cost is $16 per class or $60 for a 5 x class pass.

BYO Yoga Mat.

Type of Yoga: is Ashtanga - dynamic style.
