This offer can be used in any of the Intro to Ashtanga classes:

 

• Mon and Wed mornings at 6.30am

• Mon and Wed evenings at 6.30pm

• Thu evenings at 6.30pm

• Sat mornings at 9.30am

 

Each class goes for 1.5 hours.
