The goal of yoga is to move to meditation, using gentle asana ( body postures) to prepare for sitting.
Pranayama, breath technique to relax the mind.
Simple chant to clear and focus the mind towards reflection.
This is a 5 week course wed 10:30-11.30am starting march 20.
Bookings are essential.
