Yoga for relief from Stress, Anxiety and Depression!
I'm very excited to announce the commencement of 6 yoga classes I will be teaching this term that will focus specifically on giving the participants relief from stress, anxiety and depression.
I will be teaching a set of sequences, asanas, breathing techniques, meditations and deep relaxations that I have formulated to tackle these ever present issues in today's society.
And all in the lead up to Christmas! YAY!
