Feeling grounded is important in maintaining physical and emotional health. It encourages a calm mind and allows you to connect with the Earth and the present moment. If you are feeling unbalanced, Tadasana (mountain pose) and Virabhadrasana (warrior one), are both poses that will help to keep you feeling stable and grounded.
