Calm Yoga is a mix of slow movement, floor-based yin stretches, breathwork and meditation complimented as always with a good dose of yoga philosophy. It is suitable for all levels of students.
The silver lining? Wholesome Yoga will now offer a few limited slots for personalised yoga, lifestyle, and nutrition coaching on Fridays and Sundays at the studio for those who wish to get educated on how to keep the calm off the yoga mat too.
