Our Beautiful Yoga and Pilates Studio is located at Unit 2/1070 Beaufort St, Bedford, Perth, Western Australia.
Yoga Harmony and Pilates Studio opened its doors in October 2013 and its operating from two Studios, which are next to each other. One studio is dedicated to all the mat classes and the second studio is dedicated exclusively to Pilates equipment work.
We called them the Yoga Room and the Pilates studio.
We welcome beginners and even have a small retail shop where you can purchase high quality yoga mats and any other equipment you may want while practicing yoga.
Whether you are looking for improved physical fitness, help to recover from injuries or simply want to experience inner peace, you will find what you are looking for with us.
You get to enjoy traditional Yoga methods, such as Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Knoff Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga all in a peaceful, professional and welcoming environment.
You can also enjoy Private Pilates for accelerated results, small Group Pilates or Pilates on the Mat. Our Pilates studio is a great place to tone up and get into shape!
