Yin Yoga with Trinity

 

Trinity began practising yoga in 1998 has a degree in Biological Sciences and became a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2007. She has massaged people from all different backgrounds including some of Australia’s top athletes .Trinity draws on her experience as a massage therapist in her teaching of the physical aspect of yoga.
