About

Jessica’s love of yoga and many years’ practice consequently led her to become a Certified Yoga Teacher at the 200hr level in the world-renowned YogaWorks method with Kia Miller, where she undertook her training in the beautiful surrounds of Costa Rica. Jessica’s training was a combination of Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga and focused on the theory and practice of yoga, yoga philosophy and the art of teaching. Jessica’s style of teaching balances precise instruction, alignment with breath, and fluid movement.

As a busy mum to two young boys Jessica has experienced firsthand the power of a dedicated yoga practice during and after her two pregnancies. She is currently furthering her studies in yoga as a specialised pre and postnatal yoga teacher.

As well as being a yoga teacher Jessica spent over over eight years in the corporate world with a background in Media Relations and Internal Communications before undertaking her studies with the world’s largest nutrition school - The Institute for Integrative Nutrition - to become a Certified Health Coach. 

Jessica’s extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health was learned from some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Drawing on these skills and her knowledge of different dietary theories, she works with her Health Coaching clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
