Dru Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility, a strong core and positive feelings. It is a gentle flowing yoga that uses the breath to relax and rejuvenate your whole being. People feel good after dru.

Scott trained with the International School of Dru Yoga and is a registered teacher with the Yoga Australia. He is also a qualified meditation teacher. Scott is a fully qualified naturopath, acupuncturist and craniosacral therapist and has been practising in Melbourne for over 25 years.
