We teach all aspects of Yoga - Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Yogic Philosophy. Yoga Asana involves a full body workout which incorporates the musculoskeletal system, nervous and cardiovascular systems. This combination of exercise is the best way to develop lean muscle and lose excess weight.We focus on the management of stress and anxiety through relaxation, breathing exercises and meditation.Maximum 16 per class - we have a big room but prefer to limit our numbers so all participants have plenty of space. It also means we get to know everyone and can better make modifications according to your needs.We also specialise in corporate and private stress management sessions.

About

I have been practising yoga for 16 years and teaching Yoga for the past 8 years. I am Iyengar teacher trained so classes incorporate Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and Meditation with a focus on correct postural alignment.

I have a particular interest in assisting my Yoga friends to find natural processes to keep mind and body in a healthy state.

In our Yoga classes we focus on acknowledging stress and anxiety and develop techniques to manage the physical effects of these negative daily influences.

Classes are suitable for beginners and those wishing to extend their established practice.

I conduct regular Yoga Immersion workshops and retreats which will range from 3 hours to weekend and extended retreats. This is a great way to develop a deeper understanding of the benefits of Yoga.

I also specialise in corporate and private stress management sessions using relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, meditation and restorative yoga postures.
