Lynn Styman-Lane

 

Lynn attended her first Iyengar Yoga class in 1991. At the time she was in full time business and felt the benefits of yoga immediately. In 2001 after 10 years of regular practice Lynn made a commitment to teach yoga and began teacher training. After three years of intense training and assessment Lynn was accredited as a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.

To enhance her teaching and maintain her certificate she regularly attends professional development workshops and classes with senior Iyengar Yoga teachers. Lynn has also attended classes on several occasions with Smt. Geeta Iyengar at the Ramamani Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India and in Australia.
