Little Lamas Yoga offers a unique,fun, creative and educational kids yoga program (2-12 years old), in a relaxed, non-competitive environment. Our classes are a mixture of gentle exercise, yoga poses combined with music,song,dance,positive affirmations & story telling...One big fun adventure!!
