About
Vinyasa style yoga is focused on breath-body connection. It allows the individual to find their way into the practice at a comfortable pace. There is always an opportunity to maintain a gentle practice, or to go deeper depending on your instinct that day. Each class is themed differently so that there is always a new aspect of the practice to discover.
I teach small group classes to a variety of students and always have time for individual attention. I specialise in Vinyasa yoga, whichI have personally practiced for over 10 years. This style appeals to me due to its playful and creative nature. No two classes are the same and I bring a different theme and focus in each class. I find the body responds favourably to a gentler approach and bringing the flow to each posture eases you into greater connectivity.
My classes cater to all ages and body types. Being a mum, one of my specialty classes is Prenatal Yoga which I conduct weekly. I also teaches a Restorative Yoga class once a month which is suitable for those needing relief from stress, anxiety or insomnia. In this session we dive in deep and use props to give the body a chance to release and surrender to softness. The class also includes a Yoga Nidra, or deep relaxation, at the end.
