Hornsby Yoga and Meditation offers classes in classical yoga and meditation, suitable for our modern lifestyle.
About
You will learn yoga and meditation practices that are designed to promote physical and mental well-being as well as foster personal growth through the integration of body, mind and soul.
As we are all unique, it follows that our individual experience of the practices will be personal. This personal space is respected within the class setting. Classes focus on developing awareness on all levels and allow for individual modification of the practices.
Each class will include components of:
- Asana (postures)
- Pranayama (breath work)
- Meditation (cultivating awareness and relaxation)
Term 1 2017 : Thursday 2nd February- Thursday 6th April
Fees: $145 for 9 week term or $22 per class. Concession rates available.
Christine has been practising and teaching in the Satyananda style for many years and is an accredited SYTA member and Yoga Australia teacher.
