Evelyn Douglas

Evelyn Douglas first learned Gita yoga more than thirty years ago and practiced it for many years before training as a teacher in 2006.  She brings not only the physical yoga to the student, but for those who are interested in pursuing the deeper aspects, there is the opportunity to explore the divine within.

Evelyn has re-located from Melbourne where she had a successful career in IT and Project Management.  A different lifestyle now allows her to devote more time to teaching.

Evelyn is a registered teacher with Yoga Australia.
