DarshnaSiva offers a unique blend of yoga and meditaton to help you reconnect with your inner and outer world, having practiced as a holistic thearpist and long time yogini herself she is now finely tuned to the needs of minds and bodies be it one to one or in groups.
Offering a Hatha based practiced that can sometimes flow into a vinyasa or evolve into a theraputic class she reads the energy and adjusts accordingly always leaving you with the sense of being grounded and back in the body, with a much more quiter mind.
Darshna offers weekly group classes in Balmain every Monday and is happy to teach you and friends in private sessions or do one to one sessions if you just want to make it all about you or, you are recovering from injuries, surgery or any long/short term illness.
Darshna also uses Yoga Therapy as a way to combat long term illness be it mental, physical or emotional as well as work with injuries and pain rehabilitation. Years of working with people in massage, yoga and energy healing give Darshna the ability to understand the body and how it can be adjusted to bring back comfort and ease. Working on the mind, body, emotions and energy allow a holistic approach that gives you greater awareness, acceptance as well as build a better realtionship with yourself on all these levels.
Darshna also works with children and has taught group and individuals, it's an awesome way to break through some of the challenges that are posed as we transition through these stages in life.

Having taught in small businesses to large corporates Darshna can navigate you through the class with ease and grace as well as ability to really bring you back into more relaxed yet focussed way, helping to reduce the stress levels on site means you don't carry the load home, regular practice means you train the brain to adapt in different ways at times of pressure.
