The Birthing Tree is dedicated to providing holistic support through a variety of approaches to help each woman create her own unique and satisfying experience in her journey to motherhood. Along with pre and post natal yoga, mum's and bubs yoga and doula support, I encourage women to become educated about their options, to consciously make choices that feel right for themselves, to enjoy their incredible changing bodies and to bond with the growing life within them.

I find great joy and inspiration in providing support for women engaged in this unique, transformative and  rewarding journey. I believe that pregnancy and birth can be a celebration of life, a rite of passage that becomes a treasured memory for a lifetime. I am honoured each time a woman invites me to become a part of her process.

The Birthing Tree is based in Canberra and provides yoga and certified labour doula services within Canberra, Queanbeyan and surrounding areas.
