Ayushi

For me yoga is a way of life. I started my yoga journey when i was a little girl and when i wanted to go deeper, i went to a yoga ashram in the Himalayas, where i didn't just learn yoga but also understood who i really am. After spending a few years in the yoga ashrams now i want to share what i have learnt so that everyone could have the same blissful experience.
