At Amrita Yoga, we emphasise the use of breath to create the unity of body, mind and spirit. We aim to create a safe, serene space but don’t take ourselves too seriously. 6 regular classes per week, early morning classes in the warmer months, beginner's & prenatal courses, regular workshops.
