I’ve been practicing yoga with Mitha for six months now, and it’s something I look forward to every week. She puts such care into each class and encourages gently, creating a safe and welcoming space. Her guidance has helped me connect my breath with movement, deepening my awareness of how breath shapes my state of mind. Every session ends with a new pranayama practice and a soothing meditation, leaving me feeling balanced in body, mind, and soul. I wholeheartedly recommend Mitha to anyone—no matter your age or experience.
I love Yoga with Mitha. Mitha is so calming and guides you through so beautifully, you can follow along without even looking, as she explains everything so well, in her calming peaceful way. She explains each pose and the benefits to your body and mind, so you know why you are doing them. I always feel so at peace after Mitha’s yoga classes. She has adapted so beautifully to online classes during the pandemic and has continued offering hybrid classes, which is so helpful! I started out as one of Mitha’s first yogi’s and she has become a wonderful friend to me, I have thoroughly enjoyed practicing yoga, sharing meals, her handmade chai together and being welcomed into her heart and home. Mitha you have brought so much joy and tranquillity to my life, thank you for over 6 years of yoga and friendship!
