Hatha Yoga is one of the original ‘mother’ forms of yoga. It is a gentle yet powerful form of yoga, which emphasises the body, mind, breath connection.
Yoga Indra’s principal teacher, Jane Miller, is an internationally accredited teacher. Jane studied in the Sivananda tradition at Aarsh Yoga Vidya Peetham in Kerala, India, under the renowned Yogi, Bhooma Chaitanya.
Jane's style of teaching is gentle and approachable, with an emphasis on students working at their individual capacity, to gain both enjoyment and benefit from their practice.
