Urban Yogi

Urban Yogi  is a modern day yoga studio that provides a physical & philosophical practice that allows students to see  benefits in all areas of their lives. We teach a contemporary Hatha Vinyasa Yoga open to all levels.

Offering many class options depending on what your body is feeling like that day, we focus on evolving our bodies & our minds to help us deal with the ups & downs of life. Classes run for 60 minutes and we our space is at a constant temperature of 24-26 degrees.

Our Urban guides are inspiring and talented, there is nothing mystical about us. Our doors are wide open for anyone and everyone to experience the true benefits that practicing yoga can bring.
