Urban Oasis Wellbeing currently offer both yoga and mindfulness meditation classes at Teamsquare (520 Bourke St. Melbourne) and at Collins St Business Centre (330 Collins St., Melbourne) as a first step towards offering a complete Workplace Wellbeing program that addresses physical health, mental and emotional wellbeing, organisation and culture and metrics

The morning and most lunchtime classes are chair yoga classes in the kundalini yoga lineage.
The morning class is an energising class designed to wake up the body, mind and energetic bodies.
The lunchtime class starts with mind-clearing breathwork and meditation to bring the mind, body and energy out of the busy morning and into equilibrium. That's followed by more physical work designed to wake up the body and energy ready for the afternoon
The morning and lunchtime classes are designed for busy workers so, while they are powerful, they are of moderate physical intensity and designed to be done in normal work clothing
The evening classes include both kundalini yoga and vinyasa flow yoga
And on Wednesday lunchtime, there is a mindfulness class
