The Yellow Church offers a very unique & sacred place for you to take time out from your busy life.

Regular yoga classes are available in the Hatha, Dru, iRest Yoga Nidra, and Vinyasa style with highly experienced and dedicated teachers. We also, now offer Pilates classes for all levels. 

Beginner's yoga courses are held within the school terms on Monday evenings at 6pm with Diana Ewing. Bookings essential. Next course Mon 1 Feb 2016.

Diana Ewing is available for one on one yoga sessions for those with special needs. $50 per hr.

Vipassana meditation is held regularly 7.30pm Wednesday evenings as a group sit. Previous experience essential.

Shiatsu Therapy and Remedial Massage clinic is available by appointment with Diana Ewing ATMS Accredited

All equipment is supplied however, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one. The room is heated and warm in winter. Fans and air-conditioning keeps us cool in summer. For hygiene purposes please bring a towel during the humid months of summer.

Discounts are available for classes paid in advance. Class fees vary so please check with your teacher.

Health Fund rebates are available for yoga and massage therapies with Diana Ewing.

All casual classes are open and ongoing throughout the year unless otherwise advised. Timetable is subject to variation so please check in with us if you decide to turn up on a casual basis to be sure.

Visiting teachers offer workshops in Feldenkrais, Contact Dance, iRest Yoga Nidra and Tigress Yoga. 

Venue hire available for yoga & meditative related activities only.
