We are an authentic, inclusive, down to earth studio located in the heart of Moruya (Yuin Country) offering a dedicated place to mindfully move, breathe & connect through the practice of Yoga, Community Circles & Workshops.
We offer a diverse range of classes (30 classes across 7 days a week, every day of the year) and a wonderful team of dedicated, qualified and experienced teachers to choose from, who all bring something beautifully unique to their classes. Ensuring that anyone who holds space here - in any capacity (classes, workshops etc)) is appropriately qualified & experienced to do so.
Classes are filled with options, invitations and the space to embark on your own individual journey, practice at your own pace and honour your unique body.
Our mission is to provide a safe, comfortable & inclusive space for everyone to access the benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat.
There is no need to be flexible and no need to have had any experience to join our classes.
Everyone is welcomed.
